DO NOT send your loved one here. I am sharing this review to inform families considering this as a personal care facility for their loved one. There were significant concerns related to lack of meaningful activities, inconsistent communication, inadequate staffing, and poor coordination of care. Requests for engagement and basic support were frequently unmet, and responsiveness during medical situations were unreliable. This place has a very nice staff. They are polite, pleasant and hard working. Even when they are short staffed, they keep a smile on their face. This combination makes for a winning team. They are often short staffed resulting in a greater workload which can be overwhelming to the staff. The communication between staff is poor. They don't seem to have change of shift report.
