DO NOT send your loved one here. I am sharing this review to inform families considering this as a personal care facility for their loved one. There were significant concerns related to lack of meaningful activities, inconsistent communication, inadequate staffing, and poor coordination of care. This place has a very nice staff. They are polite, pleasant and hard working. Even when they are short staffed, they keep a smile on their face. This combination makes for a winning team. They are often short staffed resulting in a greater workload which can be overwhelming to the staff. The communication between staff is poor. They don't seem to have change of shift report. My father-in-law was a patient in Bethlehem Manor about 9 months. Everyone we met was very kind and friendly. He had great care while he was there. I especially appreciated the caring of Tina and Jayda who were so very nice and took great care of him, and everyone on the memory unit.
