Easy booking process, fair prices and great service!
I dropped it off my work truck on a Monday afternoon to get an oil change and the tires rotated, they told me that they would let me know when its done. I had to call them the next day because it was still not done and I had to go to work in my personal vehicle without my tools or parts. When they answered they said it will be done by the end of the day but around noon on Tuesday they tell me that they’re backed up and can’t finish it so they’ll have to hold on to it longer. 2 days wasted and no Oil change done. Service was very good this time, Bill the service counter person was informative and for the first time in many times of going here for service he took the time to remove the protective seat and floor coverings from the car.
Paul and Zac were excellent technicians who were on time, courteous, efficient and fun! All procedures were clearly explained. The mobile service is such a time and hassle saver, and these two guys made it a pleasure, too. Thank you so much.
