Honestly this place is pretty bad. Not really worth the rent price. They charge luxury prices for non-luxury housing. There are a lot of extra hidden fees beyond the rent price. When I moved in, the apartment had several areas that were dirty. Maintenance tries to dismiss upkeep concerns and never really fixes the issue. The administration likes hounding the renters about minutia but they’re never really concerned with making the experience better for the customer (I.e the renter). Overall will not recommend. My recent visit to Bethlehem Fields was amazing, and it's thanks in large part to Adel. Her friendliness and exceptional service made a lasting impression, and made the entire experience a pleasure.
I have been a resident for 7 years I have zero complaints. Whenever I call the office I am pleasantly greeted and requests are fulfilled the same day and there is never an issue. And my apartment was always the same way I left it. Regarding outdoor maintenance, they do a stellar job in winter, spring, summer and fall. During 3 snow storms, I watched them start clearing sidewalks, steps, etc shortly after it started snowing and they worked for hours during the night. Bethlehem Fields is a wonderful community. At the same time, it is quiet and close (with easy access) to major highways and the Main Street of Bethlehem, where you can find really good restaurants and shops. The apartments are beautiful and well-kept, and the staff is great; they received us warmly, especially Kim who showed us around. It's really a great place to live in.
I lived here for over six years and fully enjoyed my time at Bethlehem Fields throughout this time period. The folks who run the leasing office were always kind, friendly, and great to work with. Maintenance was always extremely quick (usually responded within the same day) to thoroughly address the minor issues that popped up from time to time. Additionally, the proximity to Bethlehem and walkability to Hellertown makes the location of this community really fantastic as compared to other options in the area.
