We been living here for 9 beautiful years. We love it here. The office staff is great. The maintenance staff are good at what they do. The property is always kept clean. I love it here! Positive E
Had an extremely positive experience and a great time at Bethlehem Fields. The leasing office is always responsive either via email or call. The maintenance crew is fabulous (both during and after hours) and have resolved issues well past midnight. Additionally, with all the snow we've gotten - the cleanup was meticulous and timely every time. Overall a very nice neighborhood! Had to move out since I was relocating, but I absolutely had a wonderful time and grateful to Ali and the entire team for their support!
Great community. Little gym, club house and lots of parking. Well maintained and well kept. Very happy with the snow removal. We highly recommend
Honestly this place is pretty bad. Not really worth the rent price. They charge luxury prices for non-luxury housing. There are a lot of extra hidden fees beyond the rent price. When I moved in, the apartment had several areas that were dirty. Maintenance tries to dismiss upkeep concerns and never really fixes the issue. The administration likes hounding the renters about minutia but they’re never really concerned with making the experience better for the customer (I.e the renter). Overall will not recommend.
