If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an appointment a month ago, I wanted to establish them as my PCP. I waited over 2 hours when I arrived, I expected to wait a little due to it being my first visit but I’ve never waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. The NP that saw me barely answered any of my questions and ignored things I was telling her, horrible bedside manner. IVE BEEN WITH BETHLEHEM FAMILY CARE SO LONG I CAN'T REMEMBER BUT I MISS DR V. BEING IN THE THERE DAILY BUT HER OFFICE AND DRS SHE HAS ARE NICE AND TOTALLY AWESOME
Today was first appointment and my last, I had a 8:15am appointment, I already had my paperwork filled out and I waited for an hour to be seen and was told that I had another patient before me. I don’t recommend this practice. I will be looking for another PCP near the area
