I just became a patient here about 3 months ago. I really enjoyed the staff until today. I needed a prescription refilled I called yesterday and was told by "Mie" (who was very rude, but that may have been due to the language barrier. Still needs improvement if she is the voice of the practice.)she said she would notify the NP. I checked my pharmacy all day no refill.... If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an appointment a month ago, I wanted to establish them as my PCP. I waited over 2 hours when I arrived, I expected to wait a little due to it being my first visit but I’ve never waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. The NP that saw me barely answered any of my questions and ignored things I was telling her, horrible bedside manner.
