Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The office is the least efficient medical office I have been to in years. You cannot speak with anyone in the clinic. There is a remote worker available to speak with in the Philippines and she is very kind but is unable to answer most questions. The office has not returned any of my calls as I have left several messages. The office is not well kept, incredibly disorganized. VERY happy to take your co-pay and bill insurance for the visit and not dedicated to much else.
I don’t understand how this place is still open . They are always “understaff” please avoid this clinic im doing everyone a favor by saving yall time ! Lack of professionalism, rude , not considerate about their patient. They never answer the PHONE
Absolutely ridiculous experience. The wait times are beyond unacceptable, and the staff is clearly drowning with no real support. I had an appointment and was stuck there until after closing because one poor worker was basically running the place alone while another provider sat back and didn’t help at all. You could visibly tell the staff was stressed and overwhelmed. Patients shouldn’t have to sit for hours because management can’t properly staff their office. Will not answer phone
I just became a patient here about 3 months ago. I really enjoyed the staff until today. I needed a prescription refilled I called yesterday and was told by "Mie" (who was very rude, but that may have been due to the language barrier. Still needs improvement if she is the voice of the practice.)she said she would notify the NP. I checked my pharmacy all day no refill....
