I’ve been a patient at this dental office for quite some time, but recently had a frustrating experience with scheduling. I called to reschedule an appointment, and later received a call asking if I was still coming in. I explained that I had already rescheduled, and the office set a new appointment, but it ended up being scheduled two days earlier than the date I had requested.
