I have seen Dr Rob for several years. In the beginning he seemed kind and caring. However, I started having serious issues with my teeth cracking. He did nothing to help me. He said he was trying to reduce the amount of times I came in. Then sent me to another Dentist who said I didn’t need a root canal. Which of course I didn’t. As someone who hates going to the dentist more than any other experience on earth, this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and I somehow don’t dread going because everyone is so lovely and kind!
I was referred to Bethesda Sedation for scaling. This procedure is very painful even when using shots in the dentist office. I didn't feel that I could tolerate this procedure, so my dentist gave me this option. I was greeted by friendly staff when I came to the office. I was escorted to a consultation room where the dentist spoke with me and explained the procedure. I was put at ease that everything would be alright. I’d leave 1 star if possible. They price gauge insane, do not offer any of solutions (oral sedation) that they are unable to over charge for $699 for 15 minutes of IV sedation, do not care if it’s a special needs case. Of course they have immediate openings because it’s costs $10,000 for a root canal! Do your research there are much better places
Came for wisdom teeth removal. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Slept through the entire procedure. There was no pain in the days after. Overall 10/10!
