Dislike to do this but this clinic has to communicate better. Didn’t give all the supplies needed to collect the samples at home. We had to reschedule my son's lab work because we were never told he needed to fast for an hour beforehand. Upon returning, we waited for almost 55 minutes, despite being told we wouldn't need a full check-in or room and to go straight to labs. I'm giving 5 stars already just for my experience calling the 24hour Nurse Line, Brittany was the kindest person I've ever spoken to. She listened so well was so patient and soft spoken. 10/10 customer service for sure. Thanks!!!
