I had a TEE procedure today at Bethesda East. I previously had other procedures at Bethesda East as that is where my Dr does his procedures. I have read too many reviews about Bethesda East that were not favorable. My experiences have been quite different. Today everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They do a terrible job—I had to have my baby's test repeated three times because they don't do their work properly.

My mom was brought to the E.R. for seizures. The team has been amazing and has given wonderful care and fantastic communication. I can catch my breath and let the staff do their job where other hospitals in the area, it was like pulling teeth to get them to take care of my mom.
