Apparently the administration of this facility does not understand that a person's financial status can change from one year to the next. I submitted our 2019 tax return as part of my husband's application for eligibility, but last year's income does not reflect the hard times we have fallen on this year. When we received the call that he was ineligible, we weren't given a chance to explain our situation.
