Dr. Peter Nguyen is not good at all. My husband finally got insurance and scheduled an appointment with him because he was new at the practice and was able to be seen quickly. He completely overlooked his issues and didn’t provide any advice and not much care at all. My husband said he felt rushed and unimportant. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this Doctor. My husband has left upset and discouraged both times he’s been there. Arrow springs overall should be avoided.
Awful bedside manor
Dr Rachel Beth Matthews made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. Never did I think I would write a review for an ER visit but I felt the need to shout her out as well as the rest of the staff the night of July 16th. She listened, was very straight forward, professional and just had a calming presence. I've not ever had a poor experience here and will continue to use TriHealth for my primary care, emergency, and specialists.
Horrible! Horrible care!
It is well kept and clean in the interior. Maybe a bit of fresh paint might be needed in certain spots. The rear area had a lovely water pond once, but by only doing the minimum of maintenance there is no solace to walk out there. We all know that parking lots are hit by the weather here, so we can forgive cracking and potholes….eee…. It’s time for some repaving.
