THANK YOU! I’m not happy to say I have heart and hormonal issues. But you’re the 4th hospital I’ve gone to begging for help. Telling them that I am so scared of passing away that I’ve written my will for my children!!!! Just to be told that I’m almost 40 and it can’t be my heart or hormones and I’m crazy. I’m humiliated for the hospitals that I went to before you. Thank you for figuring out what’s wrong with me and helping me get better!
Dr. Peter Nguyen is not good at all. My husband finally got insurance and scheduled an appointment with him because he was new at the practice and was able to be seen quickly. He completely overlooked his issues and didn’t provide any advice and not much care at all. My husband said he felt rushed and unimportant. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this Doctor. My husband has left upset and discouraged both times he’s been there. Arrow springs overall should be avoided.
Awful bedside manor
Dr Rachel Beth Matthews made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. Never did I think I would write a review for an ER visit but I felt the need to shout her out as well as the rest of the staff the night of July 16th. She listened, was very straight forward, professional and just had a calming presence. I've not ever had a poor experience here and will continue to use TriHealth for my primary care, emergency, and specialists.
