My doctor prescribed an x-ray for my lower back and neck. I had used tri-health in the past for other services so I asked the doctor to send me here. HUGE mistake. I have a high deductible health insurance and asked the patient check-in to give me the self pay rate. If it was lower than the insurance I would just pay the self pay. THANK YOU! I’m not happy to say I have heart and hormonal issues. But you’re the 4th hospital I’ve gone to begging for help. Telling them that I am so scared of passing away that I’ve written my will for my children!!!! Just to be told that I’m almost 40 and it can’t be my heart or hormones and I’m crazy. I’m humiliated for the hospitals that I went to before you. Thank you for figuring out what’s wrong with me and helping me get better!
Dr. Peter Nguyen is not good at all. My husband finally got insurance and scheduled an appointment with him because he was new at the practice and was able to be seen quickly. He completely overlooked his issues and didn’t provide any advice and not much care at all. My husband said he felt rushed and unimportant. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this Doctor. My husband has left upset and discouraged both times he’s been there. Arrow springs overall should be avoided.
