We had been go to dr.Kanooz for 2 years and never have problems. But lately we tried to refill prescription for my Mom and it never go through. My Mom doesn’t speak English and I always helped her. But this morning I called in , the front desk name Beth was so rude, she put me with a translator without saying anything with me and just hung up. Now my Mom’s medicine is out and we are refused to talk to anyone. This is ridiculous.
The ER doctor was fabulous but that's where it ends. I was treated so poorly by a staff member that my 2nd call after leaving was to my attorney. This man is a vile, abusive, despicable excuse for a human being. I recommend recording every interaction with staff at this facility and I've never said that before. How you can employ a person with this type of behavior is beyond me in my 56 years of life. I'd choose death before stepping into this establishment again.
Dr. Peter Nguyen is a terrible doctor and added fake 5 star reviews to his Healthgrades profile to make himself look better. My husband met Dr. Nguyen as a new patient in February 2025. We had an awful experience with him. Dr. Nguyen was rude, he didn't review my husband's medical history with TriHealth before he came in for his consultation, he didn't listen to any of my husband's concerns and continuously tried to gas light both of us, he was disrespectful, inconsiderate, and by far the worst doctor I have ever met. From the moment I walked in the door at TriHealth Arrowsprings, my experience was exceptional. From checking in at the nurse practitioner reception desk to stopping at registration for bloodwork, every staff member I encountered was outstanding, smiling and personable. My doctor prescribed an x-ray for my lower back and neck. I had used tri-health in the past for other services so I asked the doctor to send me here. HUGE mistake. I have a high deductible health insurance and asked the patient check-in to give me the self pay rate. If it was lower than the insurance I would just pay the self pay. They were unable to give me an estimate at the time. Telling me I would have to call their pricing team. I stated that my UHC app says it should cost between 36-200 dollars.
