I had a positive experience from my initial contact...signing on as a new patient...Dr. Conaghan's entire staff is friendly, knowledgable & efficient...The office is clean and tidy...They are very welcoming! My first visit with Dr. Palacio and his assistant (Zuro sp?) was great..."Thanks" so much....and continued success in your good works~
I was concerned about what may have to be done with the loss of part of a tooth that already had a filling. The options were explained to me up front by Dr Conaghan, and a recommendation was made for treatment. I felt confident that the choice made would give me full use of the affected tooth, and the procedure was completed without delay or discomfort. The repair looks good and feels fine.
The team at Capital Dental Bethesda are high achiever. They connection of the staff is impressive. Each member is diligent in performing their responsibilities effectively and efficiently. They are always enthusiastic. They are also professional in explaining the processes and responding the client’s inquiries. Great services and a dream team of professionals.
