I have been a patient at Bethesda Smiles for a number of years now. The staff is courteous, professional, and warm. Caletta (receptionist) is always accommodating and very responsive to last minute changes in my schedule and other requests for information. Ebony (dental hygienist) has a very pleasant and relaxing disposition and is very thorough in her approach to educating and informing me on my dental hygiene. Bethesda Smiles is an excellent dental practice. During a recent routine cleaning, I complained of some mild, occassional discomfort in one tooth. After careful and thorough examination of the tooth, we decided to do nothing at this time. I am very please that the doctor gave his opinion and did not try to sell me an expensive treatment - such as a crown. He simply explained his findings. I have been a patient here for two years now. Couldn't be happier.
