I started going to this practice about a year ago. I wish I had gone sooner. Everyone there from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentists are friendly and top notch. You never have to wait excessively for your appointment and then the skills of the hygienists and dentists seem very good. Compared to my prior dentistry practice of over 15 years. I have had a couple cleanings and and several fillings replaced. I leave there every time quite satisfied.
I have been going to the husband and wife team of Drs. Navabi and Hirschfeld for several years now after unsatisfying experiences with other practices. They are absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough about the level of personal care and attention, and most of all, their superior training and experience. Every issue is carefully examined, diagnosed, and options provided. I needed an appointment very soon and got one the next day. Dr. Hirschfeld was very nice and helpful. It is perfect to have a dentist that talks German. I can definitely recommend the whole team. There are great.
I have had consistently great care since transitioning to this dental practice. My experience has spanned cleaning and routine checkups, crowns, and implants. All of these were done expertly and with personal attention and care.

I have been patient of Dr. Nawabi for many years. This is a most professional and well run office. Dr. Nawabi is a very honest and skilled Dentist. I have had bad experiences with Dental offices trying to upsell services. Dr. Nawabi does not indulge in such practices. His worksmanship is outstanding - and above all highest standards of integrity and caring for patients. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Dentist in the area.
Everything about this office, from the receptionist welcome to the dental care is excellent. Dr. Hirschfeld is thorough, explains carefully what she is doing, responds to any questions, and administers anesthetic with care and expertise. She is overseeing my Invisalign treatment and I am very pleased with it. I am 74 and this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
So glad to have found Bethesda Smiles. I never liked going to the dentist long before a pandemic. But I feel pretty comfortable and safe there.
