Dr. Greenbaum is very personable and you can tell he cares about the patients. My appointments have been on time and have received excellent care!
There is something very wrong with this practice. In the first week of April 2025, I had gone in to be fitted for a sleep apnea device. Paid my copay of $400 at that time. Here we are in mid September and I have not received the device. After numerous calls to the office and not getting a response, in mid August, I wrote a review on Google which yielded a response. Dr. B and his staff are phenomenal. I’m not accustomed to such personal care. I saw Dr. B for fitting of a dental device. After my first visit, he remembered all of my kids and some of my hobbies after a relatively short conversation.
