I was very excited to work with this agency. We called to see if they had staff available or could hire to fill positions and they said yes! We began the authorization process. The turnaround time is about 14 business days. After 3 weeks we did not hear back, so we followed up. The authorization was denied bc skilled nursing was not checked & that was what my child needed.
