Full disclosure - my sister and her husband know the owners of this property personally. This said, my siblings and I (7 people total) have stayed once each in the two Bethel Mountain Rentals properties. While the very large fireplace in Roberts Roost is terrific, we most enjoyed our stay in the Sebring House. So much so, that we plan to again return to it soon as a group. Tried to stay here... unfortunately the owner didn’t understand that his website is sub par and didn’t load properly. When we called we were treated as if he was doing us a favor to answer and scolded us for calling his “home number” which btw is listed on his website...
