Dr. Grogan practice is independent from a medical group. He is not on a tight schedule time with each of his patients like a medical group. The practice staff take the time to hear and explain your needs. A medical group are timed and how many patients to see a day. You end up making another appointment with the doctor. More money for the medical group. I have gone to Dr. Grogan for decades. His practice is the best.
Always satisfied with my care at Bethel! I have been seeing Sue Andrea for almost 5 years now and she is amazing. Sue always makes me feel comfortable and her calm demeanor helps to ease any anxieties I may have. All of the staff at the front desk are always pleasant and professional. The nurses are great - I remember one time a few years ago, I really did not want to go on the scale and the nurse looks at me and says “that’s okay! We don’t have to then! :)” sometimes it’s the little things that matter. Highly recommend.

Thorough, professional health care coupled with a kind, considerate manner. Everyone from the office staff to laboratory staff to the medical staff (both nurses and doctors) are kind, helpful, and eager to make your visit easy and to ensure a that you have a pleasant experience.
