I received dental care from another provider when I was working out of town. During that time period, I quickly learned the valuable care I missed from Dr Sheila and her staff and vowed that I would always return to Crown Point Dental for my care, no matter how many miles I may drive. Thank you for consistent, excellent care.
With these difficult times, much care was given to make sure you were not in contact with other patients. The hygienist and Dentist wore protective equipment for your safety as well as theirs. Thank you staff for your concerns about our welfare.
I went in for a scheduled visit to have 2 crowns and a root canal. Once I got in the chair Dr Sheila informed me that one of my teeth wouldn’t hold the crown and suggested I do a bridge instead for long term success. She was honest, thorough, and walked me through her expertise on why this option was necessary and would be a better fit. Folks, When dealing in health care we look for the most informed, skilled and ethical providers we can find. Crown Point Dental provides and practices all of these traits. I would have to move out of state before I would stop asking Crown Point to offer me care.
First-time visit for a checkup and cleaning. I couldn't be more satisfied. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, etc., in a clean, modern office.
Always a comfortable experience. Everyone is polite and professional and they know their job.
I have had 2 Fillings replaced & a Crown in the last week here. Appreciated the Cost Analysis ahead of time & turned out to be far less expensive than my last dental office. Very Professional & Enjoyable Staff! 👍🏽👍🏽
