Great services! Dr. Sheila is very professional. She explains step by step the procedures which make me and my daughter feel comfortable. The staff is friendly! Highly recommended!
Excellent, as usual Dr. Sheila took over the practice of my former dentist, a man similar in age to me. She is a woman and about half my age. She has been my dentist for 10 or 12 years now. As a recent retiree, I had not set up any new dental coverage and decided to opt for the Crown Point Dental Discount Plan. All of my "usual" care will be covered and I will pay much less than the going rate for other services I might need. I had not been to the dentist in awhile (who really likes the dentist, right?) and cracked a tooth on a pretzel. Ok, so the fun begins. I had been referred to her by someone in the same boat as me, so took the plunge. Needed a crown, and as mentioned in other reviews, the high-tech equipment made this a great experience. In and out in under an hour in ONE visit. Most places have a two step process, which is twice as bad in my opinion. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sheila did a great job replacing an old crown with a new crown. The new permanent crown less than two hours in the office. I had very little pain and am very satisfied. Her massage chair is also great on the back!

I had such a positive experience at my recent visit to Crown Point Dental Care. Rarely does one have a positive experience at the dentist, and even rarer does one have a positive experience after not visiting the dentist for a few years, but I did! The staff are so friendly and understanding. They all made me feel so welcome and confident about my smile. I initially went because of its' proximity to my home, but will go now because the people are so nice!
