periodic checkup when i arrived i was taken right in to the "cleaning" room. everyone was very friendly and competent at their jobs. i am especially pleased with the annual plan that i signed up for when i first came to crown point dental. the plan has covered all the periodic checkup throughout the year.
Dr. Sheila and staff are caring and professional. Always a great experience. Painless procedures are what I usually experience, what a change from other dentists!

Dr. Sheila and her staff are wonderful in every regard. The tooth cleaning process and hygienist is "painless" and thorough. Dr. Sheila has state of the art "everything" so crowns/fillings/bleaching represents the best technology available. Very satisfied all the time with everything!

My experiences at Crown Point are always great! I have several dental challenges and very sensitive teeth ... yet my cleanings are gentle and the the dental work is always easy because Dr. Sheila can even make crowns while you wait ... the staff is always accommodating and they will work me in when an emergency arises. I highly recommend Crown Point due to the quality of care I consistently receive.
