I have nothing but excellent things to say about Monica and her team! She was able to arrange emergency overnight care after 8pm on a weekend night, and she was very easy to communicate over phone, text, and email. Over the course of the week, the caregivers were very responsive to our loved one's needs and moods and made reports after their shifts. I would absolutely recommend.
I cannot say enough about Bethel Care - they were absolutely wonderful in our time of need. Monica was responsive, courteous, and extremely helpful overall. She got us the care we needed literally within hours. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of our mother!

We had an emergency same day need for 24 hour caregiver service. Unbelievably, Bethel was able to handle this. Monica was professional and helpful, and she ensured that everything ran smoothly, including pickup from the ER. This took a load of stress off of us, since we live out of state.
