If I could give no stars I would, I showed a photo of how I wanted my hair...I did not get that. Instead of the photo I got box braids with crooked parts and braids so tight they were pulling my edges out and making my scalp welt up. I paid $103 for these braids and called Bethel the very next day to help me remove the braids and fix the hair style...she told me she’d call back and never did so I took them out and called her again...she said the same thing “I will call back” for 8 days. Nice box braids my girl was so happy with the services
Horrible. Awful. I asked for finger coil twists, my hair is now messed up! I can't believe my hair looks worse than how it was before I walked in. I can't show up in public AT ALL, I need to retwist this hair professionally by someone who knows what they're doing and doesn't charge $50 for hair that doesn't look like anything I told them to do.
