We continue to focus on growing our team and what makes us the BEST IN MADISON COUNTY! We are unbothered by those trying to derail that Mission! The proof is in the care we provide to our families and their loved ones!
My dad is happy here! They are very attentive to him and he enjoys the activities!
When it's all about profit and less about patient care then everyone should have a problem with that. Bethany Pointe needs to bring back Kyle Linn. Now that was an executive director that not only the patients loved, but the staff and families of the residents loved as well. The management there now needs to turn in their resignations.
I love Bethany Pointe for my parents.....they have thrived there since they moved in nearly 2 years ago. The staff has treated them like family. However, I heard that the new director told the staff not to feed the ducks any longer and let them die and if anyone was caught feeding them, they’d be fired. I certainly hope that is a vicious rumor because if the director has no more heart for the ducklings (that the residence LOVED watching) than that, what does it say for his compassion for the residents? Horrible place where my pain meds were withheld. They said that they were out of my meds. Do not go there! I still have nightmares!
Awesome place to work. The company cares for thier employees. We are treated as equals.
