DO NOT MOVE IN HERE I will begin by saying, when I moved in here 3 years ago, it was a very nice place to live. The staff were friendly, Maintenance requests were handled promptly by a team of 3 very hard working guys. never went longer then 1 week waiting for something to at least get checked out. maybe not fixed, but at least looked into. Don't move here. This place as cockroaches and ants. New management is terrible and will not assist with issues. They took 2 months to have maintenance come to my apt to tell me my washer was broken and took 2 more weeks to get a replacement.
I have lived here for over 8 years. During that time, there has been a lot of staff and management turnover, but maintainenance requests have always been taken care of promptly. I think the longest I have ever had to wait for a response was a week. However, the complex was purchased several months ago by Bridge Housing. I put in 2 maintenance requests in January and am still waiting. I have been to the office several times and just get excuses. Extremely Poor Maintenance Service! I have been dealing with a broken dishwasher and dryer for about 45 days, and my entire home is now full of ants. Despite emailing multiple times, no one has responded, let alone come to fix the issue. This level of service is completely unacceptable!
