Yes the doctor is good but I’m not understanding why do you have to wait so long for the practice to contact your insurance company for prior authorization on a medication you are trying to get? You can’t even get nobody on the phone not even a response to a message? I’m not very happy about this at all because I left a message in my chart with insurance company information to speed the process up.
I was pleased with the visit. Ms. Cahill seemed to care about my concerns. I did not feel rushed and the office staff were pleasant.
Ms. Cahill was friendly, professional, and caring in our first appointment.
She is always there for me .. always listens to me ..
