Dr. Bitner is approachable and relatable! I appreciate how she listens, really wants to help and offers her insights. I am devastated that she is leaving this clinic! The clinic staff is kind and eager to do what they can. Their office is a pleasant place!
Dr. Bitner has been great but the service of Springfield clinic is terrible. I requested a refill on my script 3 days ago. I have called at least 4 times and also reached out via the Athena portal twice. I then am made aware that Dr. Bitner is leaving the practice and she isn’t even in office anymore. She is to be still filling patient scripts until she has officially left the practice and until then I don’t get my medication.
