They welcome you to the medical center as soon as you walk in the doors and quickly assist you. They explain everything very thoroughly, easy to understand ways, and ask if you have any questions after each area that you discuss. Bethany Medical Center in North Wilkesboro is a excellent medical center and I would highly suggest them to anybody.

849300 I would give this office 10 stars if i could. Love the place. Staff is friendly, nurses are friendly. And Dr.Royall is the best! He does his best to fix the issue! He listens and answered all my questions. He explained everything to me in the way I could understand. I can say this is the first time in a long time I left a Dr appt having a complete understanding to my medical problems. I have most def referred this office to several family and friends.

As a retired nurse, I can appreciate and recognize great care when it is given. Since becoming a patient at the clinic in Winston-Salem, I can attest to the high level of care and courtesy I have received from the staff. I'm a patient at the W.Market St. location my doctor is Wahiba Kartaoui I couldn't ask for a better medical team for the first time ever.. #361980 Dr. Vamsee Paruchuri is the best! He is very understanding and actually listens to my concerns. He doesn’t shove medication at me and rushes me out the door. He really does care for his patients. The staff is great at accommodating my needs. For example: They all know how terrified of needles I am so they let me lay back and talk me through the bloodwork ordeal so I am as comfortable as I can be.
