Took my Daddy in to see Rachel McCoy. She was an absolute blessing. Enjoyed working with her and look forward to working with her in the future. She has great bedside manners, very patient and attentive to you and your condition. She's willing to help in any way to ensure you get the medical treatment you need to get back on your feet and feel better. Hope Rachel stays at this practice, would love for her to become my Daddy's primary doctor.
I was referred to Bethany Medical Center by some coworkers. I went to the Greensboro location and seen Dr. McCoy. She took great care of me while I was there and took the time to listen to the issues I was having. Her nurses and the rest of the staff are very friendly! I will be going back!!
I came as new patient to Pain Clinic and saw Julia Bates who was the rudest doctor I've ever met in my life. She raised her voice and yelled at me, made snide comments, and treated me like I was a person coming in off the street seeking drugs to resale. I learned from the nurses that she recently had to dismiss a couple of patients for abuse of their medication so I can understand her perhaps being overly cautious but from the moment she met me she started an all-out attack. I Absolutely Love Rachel McCoy. She has helped me So much with my knee. I got bit by a baby copperhead snake and no one has been able to help with the pain in my knee but her. Thank you So much! Maria McDearmon
