The degree of professionalism received at Bethany medical center is beyond comparison. The staff is amazing. Jessica does everything she can to make the experience easy and flawless.
I go to the one in Winston Salem and Dr. Kinkaid has been a great doctor to me so far and the staff is nice and they very time efficient and also LaKedra who drew my blood was very sweet and professional. She made me very comfortable and made me laugh. She made my experience excellent. If you have to get your blood drawn I reccomend her !!! and all the staff in the front are always nice and friendly !!😁😁
Dr. Phalan is very helpful and so nurse Tiffany is very friendly and both are comfortable to work with since they always has a smile on their face. Staffs are also the same. Friendly and kind.
