Needed to use restroom bc of having lady issues and I was getting ready to be called. Back anyways so I asked if I could go ahead and do my screen early which I have done many times before and I was told no I had to use the bathroom in the lobby and I told her if I done that I wouldn't be able to do my screen test and she told me to drink water I don't pee that many times a day I'm very disappointed in how I was treated today 793240

I came to get a work related drug test . signed the sign up sheet at 11.27 neither Clerks cut up to check the sign in sheet. see what the problem is I took my ID and my form from work at 12:38 I'm still sitting in the waiting room for a simple drug test would not recommend Bethany any type of medical service. I'm very concerned if they have the ability to fax my paper to the right number or the right place I've been here almost two hours
