Since it was my first time, I thought Dr fox would introduce herself and welcome me. I only saw her face upside down. I didn’t have a warm feeling when I left.
One small suggestion....after completing each visit, we are provided a "goody bag" with floss, toothbrush and toothpaste. The addition of a small lip balm would be great! After my service, my lips tend to be very dry. This lip balm would be of great benefit an greatly appreciated.

Difficult to schedule appointments. I booked an appointment using the practice's on-line service for a Friday. Next day received notice that I "can't do that" because they are closed on Friday. Last appointment was for a periodic cleaning, should have been covered by insurance. When I check-out, attendant advises I have a $113 co-pay. After I challenge the charge, am advised that I had an additional procedure for 'periodontal' check.
