Dr Heir is the best , we take our Pooh Bear there every year for ear infections he always knows when to expect her comming in to see him , and Pooh Bear loves him , and the staff there is wonderful , I would highly recomend this vet !!

I had to make a difficult decision regarding my pet suffering from renal failure. I was treated with such warmth and compassion by Dr. Heir and staff and can’t adequately express my gratitude. I’ve always received excellent care but this was, perhaps, most meaningful.
I love the staff and vets! Top notch service. I never feel rushed or pushed. They have helped me so many times and gone above and beyond. BCAH really cares and I highly recommend them.
I don’t know how long I’ve been bringing my cats here but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Hair is my personal favorite vet, but the entire staff is wonderful! They are professional, caring and compassionate and take excellent care of my cats.
I brought in 2 puppies from a rescue that I was fostering to see Dr. Heir. I had called his officer earlier in the week to see if he would work with this rescue and he was very agreeable. Yesterday was my first time at BCA. The staff was great, run very well and Dr. Heir was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me and the puppies. I have been to a lot of vets in Howard County, Dr. Heir definitely is a stand out. I would highly recommend and return to him and trust my pets in his care.
I love Dr. Heir... he is patient, informative, knowledgeable, and professional. And I love the staff... every single person that works there is kind, efficient, and amazing. My cats are always welcomed warmly, placed in the cat room with a view, and well taken care of. Thank you for giving me peace of mind for my fur babies.
