How Bad Can Record-keeping Get? Do not, do not, do not go here. The doctors are competent but they oversell meds, shampoos, food and services, aside from being above market in pricing to start. They do a terrible job of record-keeping. Every time I would go, they would say my pet had not been seen. After three years, I expected that they MIGHT connect my name with my animals without a long search. The watershed event was they neglected to give my dog her rabies vaccine It was overlooked for 3.5 years. When she was bitten by ... read more

We took our very sick kitten to see Dr Heir, and were especially nervous since we couldnt go in (covid19), but he took a long time to talk to us over the phone about options and really explain the situation. When we brought him back for follow up care, Dr Dunigan was equally helpful. when we called back with a follow up question, they again spent a long time checking in and answering our question. When we go in for food for our older cat, all the front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Dr. Heir, vet assistants and receptionists are all stellar and have been for decades. And they stay current on all things cat and dog! Love them and they take a personal interest in your furry family members. Four paws up!

Dr. Dunigan diagnosed my beloved dog with a UTI, when he actually had prostate cancer. Luckily I found an excellent vet in Catonsville who compassionately took care of him as I knew in my heart something was seriously wrong with him. Just prior to this diagnosis Dr. Dunigan put extreme pressure on me to have extensive and costly dental procedures done on my dog, and she hadn’t even checked if he was in full health! I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on dental procedures for a terminally ill dog- putting him through trau... read more
