I have been a member of Bethany Athletic Club for over 3 years. New membership took over early last year. We were never informed that we had to renew our membership. Now we are being told that we have to pay another membership fee and our family rate will increase. I hate it when people are taken advantage of for greed!!! The customer service is horrible and the new membership director is arrogant and unwilling to budge. If this is what we can expect from the "new" management, then I am not impressed. I joined the Bethany Club about a month ago and have enjoyed it thoroughly! The classes are fantastic and I can always get to the work out gear that I want. I also love how clean everything has been. It's has the big club feel without all the pretension.
I am a huge fan of Bethany Athletic. I have been a member since 2013 and it really has changed my life for the better. I bring my young boys to Kid Central, their onsite day care and they love the games, crafts, toys and staff. The group classes for adults have helped me gain strength and flexibility. They also have added lots of classes for kids!!!!! This place feels like home and the staff like family. Five stars!!!!
