If someone could put me in contact with Paul Onerhiem on the Board, that would be great. Someone needs to know about the things that are going on here. The place has really fallen apart and gotten away from what it has been known for out in the community and that breaks my heart.
Avoid working here if you can. This used to be a great facility to work for. I was there almost 16 yrs and the last year and half was horrible. I hope they replace the Administrator, DNS, and some of the Mountain View Crew that was brought over be the Administrator. They have ruined a place that was known in the community as being excellent. Its no longer about patient care. Everything is about money. Very sad to see an awesome facility turn into this.
Unfortunately the staff at Bethany was incredibly difficult to work with, including but not limited to, canceling and removing appointments without our knowledge, that I set up on behalf of my mother, then telling us "we hope that's okay". Completely unacceptable behavior. Combine that with the dated facilities and bad food, I cannot recommend this facility.

Amazing staff and location. Bethany Pacific is located in the Providence hospital @ the Pacific location (not the main Colby location) Awesome views from the patient rooms only topped by the care and empathy from the entire staff. 😍 CMS rated this as a 5 Star facility. Excellent experience.
There is no excuse for this kind of treatment. I believe she is the same lady my mother went round & round with when my stepdad was there. Can’t believe they’d keep this type of person.
