I have been sitting here for over an hour and my wife has been called back for more than 30 min. When I asked the front staff if my wife was ok, she glanced at me without saying anything, walked to the back door and said the dr was with her now. 45 min after she went back there. This urgent care held onto a bill for services rendered for 10 months before they sent me an actual bill. Since i participate in FSA- i was unable to use money ive set aside to pay for the bill- this caused me to have to pay for it out of pocked. Had they sent out their bills in a timely manner none of this would have happened. When i called to ask about why it took them 10 months to send out their bills- i got excuse after excuse.
