This is the first time I've had my windows cleaned by Bethany associates. They came on the recommendation of both my mother and my sister. I am extremely happy with the results! The windows look great, the young man who did the work was polite, efficient and good at his job. I highly recommend these people to anyone who needs their windows clean.
Erika gave me a clear estimate of price. She kept me informed on the likely time of arrival for the window cleaner and I really appreciated a photo of the man sos that AI knew he was indeed the man who was to be permitted to enter my home. Anthony worked diligently and without stopping for breaks. I was surprised that they sent only one guy for the number of windows we have and he was clearly injured(limping). Bethane associates did a great job house washing. Damien was very helpful and cooperative in answering my concerns about certain areas of the job. He took the extra time to make sure that my concerns were fully addressed. I would highly recommended Bethane Associates.
Daniel did a thorough cleaning. My windows were very dirty & came out shiny & sparkly. He was pleasant. Showed up a little early even. The whole experience with Bethany Associates was professional and I would highly recommend them.
