We had Bethany Associates come to our home to clean the inside and outside of all the windows. They arrived on time, cared about keeping my home clean (by wearing shoe coverings) and did an excellent job. The windows came out amazing. This service was first-rate starting with the initial contact. My service rep talked me through all the options to help me find the best service for my home. She was so pleasant and personable! Bethany Associates does a great job keeping you informed of the date and time of your appointment. And you even get a photo and biography of the associate who will be at your house. Professional, friendly, and efficient describe my experience with the staff who booked the appointment and with the guy who washed the windows. He was also clean and efficient. Christian was absolutely excellent. Our windows were in rough shape and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, but he took on the job with such care and dedication.
