I lived here for two years. I really like the apartments. I willingly chose to stay there knowing they were overpriced mostly because there’s no amenities. There’s no place for the kids to play. However, I stayed here because of the neighborhood reputation. I really enjoyed living here. Management was always nice. The apartments are clean. Maintenance is quick and reasonable. No amenities, overpriced, lack of management, loud in the morning and at night from all the traffic and large trucks, pet rent is also a scam.
The worst apartment when it comes to fines. Consuelo uses a common phrase "I am fair" which is exactly what is missing here. How much ever clean you keep, they do not like you vacate this apartment that do not have any amenities.
If you are black and have children of a certain age, DO NOT live here. Neighbors beneath you will complain all the time about a child, but they make all types of noise after 10 pm to the point where my pictures fell off the wall and nothing is said or done. Other children make noise and nothing is said. I have Never seen such blatant discrimination in my life except living here and in Oregon.
Been leaving in this place for bit over 6 months and happy so far! Nice neighbors, very friendly staff and good place to be with kid and dog.
