I honestly feel like they have taken advantage of me and actually made my dog worse. Took my dog to Hawthorne and have instantly started to get answers. Needless to say I will not be taking my animals here anymore. It's sad that businesses want to make you give them that much money to not have your animals well being in their best interest. I'm very upset with my experience. I do not recommend this place

Tuesday I had to put down my 8 year old boxer Bentley as he had cancer. The staff was incredible. The amount of compassion the showed towards Bentley and myself made me feel a little better about what had to be done. They truly care about animals and the people who love them.
I've been bringing my pets here for at least 15 years. The whole staff is wonderful. They are so nice and are very gentle and caring with their patients (animals). I love it here and won't ever take my pets anywhere else, unless it's an emergency and the clinic happens to be closed.
