I've been going to Bethalto Animal Clinic since the early 80s. With too many pets to name, mostly ours, some service dog fosters, I can't thank the doctors and staff enough. We've had good and bad news over the years, and the compassion and respect shown is outstanding. Today was a routine geriatric dog exam, and Dr. Dan and staff were, as always, caring and concerned for the well-being of Pepper. I had a very good experience. I took my kitten Charles there to be neutered. They made it very simple and easy for me and Charles. Trimmed his nails for free and gave him some medicine for his itchy ears while he was there. I got texts as reminders for his appointment and an update on his procedure. They made it so easy and I will be taking my fur babies back in the future. Staff was very friendly!
Great compassionate staff that really cares about your animals.
My dog Luke Love's going to the vet, cuz doc Butler always has treats for him. It's nice to feel like our fur babies are spoiled at the vet since they sure are at home.
I can't begin to express what Dr. Dan Buller has done for our family! He made the hardest decision we as a family have made, far better than we ever expected!! Dr. Buller came to our home to help with the passing of our 15 year old Boston Terrier. Boston was in the best of hands with someone who cared for her as we did!! You have no idea how your kindness helped our family Dan!! We can't thank you enough for making her passing comfortable, and painless!! � � �
I can't say enough good things about our experience here!! Everyone was super friendly & helpful throughout the whole process as well as afterwards with the follow-up. I forgot & accidentally fed our puppy the morning of his surgery & was in tears because I was worried we would have to delay the procedure, but fortunately, they were able to still get him in the same day & just moved him to a later time:) I'm so glad we decided to take our boy here & would highly recommend it to others!
