Beth Winzeler has been my agent for a long long time. Most recently we were purchasing a car from a friend. I had emailed all the details, then the day of purchase I left a voicemail to indicate we were buying the car and needed proof of insurance to do the registration. Next thing I know I have a text message with my ID card! I had given them everything they needed and they moved with great speed.
