Management staff and staff in general flips here like a fast food restaurant. When ever you have alot of staff agency working at a rehab facility thats a red flag. This rehab has alot of staffing issues. It will take 30 to 45 mins for staff to attend to a patient. There are several times I had to complain ,would not send dogs to be watch at this facility. BTW I had to report Director of Admissions to Virginia department of health.
I do not recommend sending your love one to this facility. The nurses are not staffed but contracted. Therefore they will have a different and inexperienced nurse every time. It’s a nice facility but if you have to send a loved on there, ok advocate for them and check on them daily.
This facility is incredibly unethical to work at. They fail to compensate employees for their time worked, mistreat residents, and neglect basic care needs. Witnessing staff picking on residents and neglecting their hygiene, with some going weeks without showers, is appalling. The conditions are so deplorable that some residents are left smelling like feces.
