Inattentive provider who is insensitive to the needs of the geriatric population. Twice my mother has waited over an hour to be seen only to discover her behind the intake door laughing with staff . she continued to laugh and without making eye contact said “be with you in minute “ . Her disposition and soft skills could use some polishing . My mother is truly the sweetest most patient lady . What we would have loved to see is someone come out , explain the longer wait time and offer reassurance that she would be seen soon .... read more
