Dr. Ledvora is a great doctor very caring and takes her time to make sure you are okay. One of her secretaries should be a little more friendly but the other one is great.

Dr. Ledvora really needs to train her staff on customer service. The receptionist seemed annoyed when I call to schedule the appointment and refused to let me reschedule the appointment when I came down with the flu. Life happens, you shouldn't refuse treatment if someone is unable to make their appointment. Very poor customer service.
One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I found a spot within a matter of minutes. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
