I've been struggling to get a physical for the past 5 years. I had an appointment with Dr. Marsha Chatfield for 1:00 but I ended up late because I was new to the building and stuck in traffic while lost as well. They couldn't get me in because her 1:30 patient was already there even though it was still 15 minutes before. I came from Framingham. Big waste of my time and gas! If you're even a minute late for your scheduled appointment, they will cancel on you.
