Horrible service, they do not even answer the phone, they put on hold for a very long time without ever answering. Also their clinic is dirty, healthcare clinics need a minimum amount of hygiene!
I saw Dr. Madduro yesterday She asked for my concerns, she listened and answered my concerns. She asked appropriate questions about my health. She did not try to hurry me. I am very pleased to have Dr. Maddura as my PCP.
I was asking questions on behalf of my mother and the receptionist hung up on me after yelling at me about having no time for my bs. You are a disgrace. My mother last Lahey account and only needed a pcp.

I have had the best care at Lahey Burlington and Lexington. Doctors, nurses and staff have been thoughtful, caring and take care of all my medical needs. So lucky to have a good hospital close to home.
