My experience with the gynecology department at BILH Hayden is that the care providers are very kind, respectful, and professional. I had Diane McNamara and I highly recommend her. They took the time to speak with me, answer my questions, and talk me through everything. They may ask to have a med student in the room to observe/assist which was not a problem for me. I'm comfortable having a student in the room so that they can learn, but I always appreciate being asked beforehand.
Dr Lee is so knowledgeable and great to deal with its the first time I've ever enjoyed going to see my Doctor!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!
I have white coat syndrome. They made it easy for me to advocate for myself and listened. They actually listened. They are knowledgeable and kind. First time in my life. I’ve actually trusted doctors with my care.
Horrible service, they do not even answer the phone, they put on hold for a very long time without ever answering. Also their clinic is dirty, healthcare clinics need a minimum amount of hygiene!
I saw Dr. Madduro yesterday She asked for my concerns, she listened and answered my concerns. She asked appropriate questions about my health. She did not try to hurry me. I am very pleased to have Dr. Maddura as my PCP.
