I don't know which Beth Israel location in Boston is going to be doing the vocal therapy treatments for my voice that Tufts Medical Center almost took away in 2024! But I went to the one appointment to determine vocal therapy but the problem is they won't be seeing me until November that's not going to help me now as I'm trying to get my voice back after the damage Tufts Medical Center did to me during neck surgery no less! This review is for the BILH Collection Station that they use on the first floor. Maria has drawn my blood twice and she was the best phlebotomist I've ever had. Pleasant, professional and very skilled at drawing blood.
Not sure why so many poor reviews! Dr Barnard, medical assistant, and front desk staff were all lovely.
