NP Holly Roberts is not friendly and is very difficult to work with. I definitely would not recommend BI Lahey if you want to actually be listened to - it’s pretty much a factory.
Schedule an appointment 4 months out, their soonest availability. Located in the labyrinth of the Cummings Center, made worse by having multiple addresses listed online; and didn't see fit to list directions either in the confirmation text, email or calls they bombarded me with for a week. Drove around for 10 minutes to find the right building, then wandered inside following the contradictory signage for another 5-10 minutes, and called, 5 minutes late for my appointment, to ask how I actually find the place. Not a good first impression - I was turned away because I was past their "10 min window" by 3 mins. When I called to let them know that I couldn't find their location after walking around Cummings Center. What was more frustrating is I called shortly after 8am to let them know I was lost but the message says they don't open until 8:30am. WHY would you make appointments at 8am if you don't answer your phones til 8:30am!! BAD customer service!!
