If I could give negative stars, I would. Plan on being treated like an inconvenience, not a human. Plan on dangerous “care” and getting meds you’re allergic to, because the doctors here believe they’re so good they don’t need to take medical history. Be prepared to be dehumanized and abused, then discharged with the same issue you came in with. I cannot say enough thank you to every single person working at Beth Israel Deaconess Needham. I had fall that necessitate my transportation to the emergency a month ago. From the moment I arrived to the emergency room to the orthopedic surgery and the rehab. All the personnel Doctors, Surgeons, Nurses, and people working on the floor. I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing job they were doing during my stay.

Every time I try to call the outpatient neurology department, the employees never answer or give me a call back when I leave a voicemail. They are clearly lazy and have no desire to help people. They need to fire the employees at the front desk because this has been an ongoing issue for the past three years.

*urology department* Absolutely disgusting. PLEASE AVOID. Overflowing trashes, dirty gloves on the floors, urine samples left laying around. Patient information out in the open for people to see. Broken biohazard bins opened with contaminants sprayed on the walls behind them. They do not give fresh pads to new patients, they do not clean down the offices in between uses. Please do not go here it is absolutely horrendous.
