One of the challenges of having an elderly parent is that you're in Emergency Departments way more often that you want to be. Falls, UTIs, whatever. I have never had anything short of a good experience when my mom has been brought in here. Sure, sometimes they are swamped, and the waits may be long(er) but that's the nature of the business. Once again this hospital fails you. you come in at 5 PM. You have one Dr saying they’re gonna do one thing to you and then the next doctor comes into discharge you and send you in the home the same way you came in. It doesn’t make sense this hospital needs to be reevaluated and I’m gonna make sure that I file a complaint that I need to file with the Attorney General and whoever else that needs to hear about this this is disgusting. The ER staff and the Operating staff took very good care of my sister who was having kidney stone pain. They got her in fast and by the time 2 hours of being there hit , she was in the OR getting the stone taken care of. Amazing care by all staff!
