I have been going to this office for care for 30 years. No one better and more caring in this office.
I've been a patient here for four years. I was told my GP was going on medical leave two days before my physical (in April) and was told staff would call me to reschedule the following month when they returned. I was never called. I called once a month for three months and was finally told my GP was leaving the practice. I was never proactively notified. I’ve been seeing Dr Gleysteen for well over 20 years. She is extremely bright, caring, compassionate & patient.
During my most appointment with Dr Rai. Farah at the front desk was awful. 0 knowledge of any scheduling information. Rude customer service. Talked down to patients on multiple occasions and Physician assistant was just as bad did not get her name. Now in April 2025, cancelled my scheduled appointment with 0 communication to me. No apology issued and no help in rescheduling
